Ms. Reynolds oversees the execution, coordination, operation and direction of the company's global day-to-day operations which includes corporate administration, corporate communications, corporate marketing, sales operations, human resources, IT desk top support, legal, risk management, real estate, facilities, travel and security.  Reynolds works as part of the executive management team and with the Board of Directors to realize the company's mission and customer focus.  She provides strategic direction, thought leadership, conducts operational reviews, directs policy and ensures organizational readiness and capability for the vigorous growth of the company. Ms. Reynolds chairs Naviasys’ Ethics and Corporate Giving Committees, as well as serving on the company's Acquisition Review Committee. Prior to Naviasys, Reynolds served for six years as Chief People Officer at Telecruze. In her role, she oversaw the successful acquisition of six companies, both public and private. Before joining Naviasys, Reynolds held senior line and staff positions at Scient, Cities Group, Deloitte & Touche and ran a $1B fund for The Calvert Group of Mutual Funds.  She holds a Bachelor of Science from Immaculate Heart College and an MBA with an emphasis in international business from American University, Washington, D.C.
