Mr. Hilliard is responsible for global strategy and business growth
at Naviasys. Hilliard joined Naviasys through the company’s
acquisition of Telecruze in December 2007 where we served as
Chief Executive Officer. Hilliard leadership and vision enabled
the growth of the company to $600MM in revenues in 7 years.
Hilliard has more than 40 years of executive-level experience in
management, business development, operations and strategic
planning within the software and governement contracting
industries. After joining Telecruze in January 1987, he guided
the company to ten consecutive years of revenue growth and
profitability by reinventing the business model, expanding
business lines and moving the company to a customer centric
applications model utilizing consultancy, customized software
design and innovative business practices to more than double
revenues and market share. Hilliard was the driving force behind
nine acquisitions in the US, Japan, France and Eastern Europe.
Prior to joining Naviasys, he served as Executive Vice President,
Worldwide Sales for a division of Applied Data Research
Corporation. Hilliard also held executive level positions at EDS,
and Applied Systems. Hilliard was selected as an appointee of
the Reagan Administration to manage the finances of the
Department of the Army where he authored several studies of
Defense preparedness which were published by the
Congressional Budget Office of the U.S. Congress. He attended
the United States Military Academy, West Point, and has a
Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in engineering from
Arizona State University.
